Her local relationships, tenacity, and unique people skills got us the house we wanted when we were competing with 10+ other well qualified buyers.  Another thing that made Mary especially valuable and helpful to us is her long experience as a real estate attorney. She clearly knows her stuff when it comes to real estate contracts, and when we had a legal question/issue that came up during our purchase, Mary gave us super sound legal advice we would have otherwise had to engage an attorney to figure out. That alone saved us thousands of dollars. Overall cannot recommend Mary highly enough. We would have been completely lost without Mary.
